About the event
October is the Month of the Holy Rosary and the Church marks World Mission Sunday on the penultimate Sunday of the month. “Mission & the Rosary” weaves prayer and evangelisation together. We learn to pray the Rosary as a school of discipleship that forms us in the mysteries of Christ’s life, then we are commissioned to share the Gospel across Melbourne with courage and compassion. The day features missionary testimonies, practical training for inviting friends, and intercession for our city. During adoration we pray decades for specific neighbourhoods, universities, and workplaces. Families and parish groups are encouraged to adopt a mission focus for the next month.
