Awake Melbourne — Risen Life – Celebrate Easter!

Christ is risen—indeed He is risen! April’s Awake Melbourne is a full‑hearted celebration of Easter. We rejoice in the victory of the Resurrection and explore what “risen life” looks like every day: freedom from fear, forgiveness that restores relationships, and courage to witness in a secular culture. Expect jubilant worship, Easter alleluias at Holy Mass, and teaching that opens Colossians 3:1–4 (“seek the things that are above”) with practical pathways for prayer, Scripture, and community. We invite those newly received into the Church at the Easter Vigil to share testimonies, and we pray for healing—physical, emotional, and spiritual—in the light of the empty tomb. Extended Eucharistic adoration centres on thanksgiving and mission. Bring a friend who needs hope; the stone has been rolled away, and Christ’s new life is for you.
